The challenge

Immobilier Premium, an upscale network of 12 estate agencies, suffered from an outdated website with a 72% bounce rate and sub-1% conversion rate. The goal: a full performance-driven redesign to generate qualified contacts.

UX research and information architecture

User interviews, heatmap analysis and journey audits. Rebuilt the site architecture around 3 primary paths (buy, sell, valuation), simplified navigation and created a dynamic property search engine with live filters.

Design system and development

Created a full design system (components, tokens, responsive grid) deployed on a Next.js front-end. Systematic mobile-first optimisation—68% of traffic was mobile but the old site was barely responsive.

Conversion optimisation

Integrated social proof (synced Google reviews), contextual CTAs on every listing, and a qualification chatbot. Continuous A/B testing on valuation landing pages.

Results

Conversion rate jumped from 0.9% to 5.1%. Bounce rate fell to 35% (−50%). Qualified contact requests rose 90%, delivering an 8x+ ROI on the redesign investment within 6 months.
